Rapid Response CAREGivers: work from 7 am - 7 pm, they cover open shifts, and may assist clients with hospital discharge.
Rapid Response CAREGivers cover shifts in our entire area (NW Portland, SW Waterfront, and Lake Oswego).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be dressed and ready in enough time so that if called by 6am you can start a shift as early as 7am; or stay as late 7pm.
• On call starting at 6am (available to answer phone). It is your responsibility to ensure your phone is charged and you are always reachable.
• Arrive at the office at 7am if you have not been called to cover a shift.
• Provide administrative support to the CAREGiver Services Department as well as any other departments needed.
• Nurture a positive working relationship with CAREGivers, Office Staff, and Clients
• Detect and resolve problems early that could lead to poor client service or low job satisfaction.
• Essential job functions require standing, walking, driving, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, carrying and lifting up to 25 pounds
